The Offers and Needs Market (OANM) is a lively, guided exchange where groups swap skills, stuff, and support – anything from tech help to a new mindset to the food on your plate. Whether it’s free, bartered, or paid, it’s all about better knowing that what you offer matters and what you need is valued.

Required Preparation

Want in? Complete the prep work at least 72 hours before the market starts. Otherwise, showing up will be a waste of your time, and nobody wants that!

2. Add all of your offers and needs in this Google Sheets template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AJ04dGxXQ32vXzoKrqBeFFl1yMe-ripigiBTx6Uyl8I/copy. If you prefer using forms to spreadsheets, you can use this form for offers (https://forms.gle/mdywGmNAp7ALzQJbA) and use this form for needs (https://forms.gle/kemQZxR41pSzMfrU7).
3. If you use the Google Sheets template, email me the link at jezaslof@gmail.com.
4. Add a reminder to your digital or physical calendar so you remember to show up. :)

How to Join the Live Market

We’ll be on Zoom, so you'll want at least a way to verbally communicate and a relatively quiet space. I'll send the Zoom link via email at least one day before the market to everyone who completes the prep work.
